Sinopsis pula berlatarkan sebuah kampung di Kelantan, Bunohan menceritakan 3 adik beradik yang terasing – Adil, Bakar dan Ilham serta bapa mereka yang sakit. Selepas lari daripada pertarungan maut, Adil ‘Bunga Lalang’ peninju tomoi lari daripada pembunuh upahan bernama Ilham. Kejar mengejar ini telah membawa mereka ke Bunohan, apabila mereka bertembung memori hitam mula menghimpit dan mereka berjumpa seorang guru yang ingin menjadi usahawan yang berjaya. Kehadiran mereka bertiga di kampung telah mengbangkitkan kembali kisah silam Pok Eng sebgai ayah kepada mereka bertiga. Setiap mereka bergelut dengan ketenangan yang tidak tercapai , pengampunan ditelenggami dengan kebencian yang membawa kehilangan jiwa , pengkhianatan tidak kesudahan dan pemBUNOHAN.
